You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of Service
SteadyMate provides AI-generated workout plans, fitness guidance, and related tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Selecting appropriate exercises and intensity levels
- Ensuring safe workout conditions and equipment usage
- Providing accurate and complete information
We are not responsible for injuries or outcomes resulting from misuse, overexertion, or failure to follow proper safety practices.
5. AI-Generated Content
SteadyMate uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations. These outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content and to use your own judgment when performing any exercises.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by those platforms
- Apple or Google may act as the merchant of record
- Refunds are subject to the platform's policies
- We do not store or process your payment information directly
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform
- Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
8. User Content
If you upload or submit content, you grant SteadyMate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Use of AI-generated workouts
- Improper execution of exercises
- Inaccurate or incomplete user-provided data
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
